Think Big and Create an Identity for Yourself
According to Pooja, procurement could be handled easily by women. The way they manage tasks, negotiate, manage relationships, makes the procurement a woman’s game. The real challenge could be to reach the top position in the management as the industry is male dominant.  Her advice to the women is to stay patient and focus on what they want to achieve in life. Think Big and create an identity for yourself with hard work and smart work.

Capability to have an Impact on Bottomline
Procurement is becoming more strategic and savings driven. Organisations need to focus more on adapting to the smart tools which have the capability to create a positive impact on the bottom line. At the same time, supplier relationships could become much effective with the transformation.
