CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Cancellations: There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own, once the payment is made. You can get in touch with the Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. If, your order has not been processed, we will cancel the order and refund your amount. If, you have used the online mode of payment for that order, we will deduct the payment gateway charge.
If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a Kobster.com voucher. Though we will deduct the payment gateway charge if you have used it for that order. However no cancellation is permitted once the product is shipped.
Returning the Orders: Delivered orders cannot be returned. Also Products tampered with or products with missing serial numbers cannot be taken back. This does not apply in cases of transport damages for which kobster.com or a third-party-logistics provider can be held accountable. We will replace the damaged item/s in cases of transport damages for which a third-party-logistics provider or Kobster, will held accountable. In other cases, our friendly customer service will help you handling warranty issues. There are some items which does not qualify for refunds. They are: Electronics (camcorders, televisions, etc.), assembled or installed furniture, stationery, food/beverages, custom orders (including large quantity, specially priced quoted orders) and health care products.
While returning, customers should present valid invoice.
We, do accept partial return in case of any damage or if you have received wrong product complying with above return policy.
To return a product, you can raise a return request at our helpline number 1800 121 0405 or email at email@example.com with the order number& Images of the damaged products / package, clearly demonstrating the damage / missing product in the packet
Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice: Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
We Pay For Return Shipping: We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.
Refund Policy: In case of pre-paid orders, all the funds charged against your cancelled order will be refunded back to your account within 7 to 14 days from the order cancelation. The refund will be made to the same account from which payment was made. In case of Credit Card Payments, the refund would reflect in your next Credit Card Bill. Kobster will not charge the refund. In case of any discrepancy please contact our customer support team.
