Do you provide Cash-On-Delivery purchase service?
Yes, we do. Please select Pay by Cash option while placing the order. Our customer support team will call to confirm your order before it gets dispatched. The pricing of the product is inclusive of the VAT and other additional taxes like Octroi or central sales tax. If you chose to pay by Cash on Delivery please ensure to have the correct amount of cash available on delivery.
Do you provide Cheque/DD purchase service?
Yes we do. Please select Pay by Cheque/DD option while placing the order. The pricing of the product is inclusive of the VAT and other additional taxes like Octroi or central sales tax. Once you place the order, kindly send the filled-out Cheque/DD to our office address. Please see below for details. We will process the order once we receive the payment from the bank.

Is there a limit for a Cash-On-Delivery purchase?
Yes, Cash-On-Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 20,000. For any purchases over Rs. 20,000 the incremental amount can be paid by a cheque signed by an authorized signatory.
Do you give credit?
Yes, we are open to give credits for the maximum period of 21 days for the company which are based out of India (subject to approval). A minimum order amount of Rs. 20,000/- is required in order to apply for credit.

Please understand that due to our nature of being an online wholesaler retailer we follow strict credit assessment guidelines and do not tolerate delayed payments, which immediately result in legal action and the cancellation of outstanding orders. Once you apply for credit our friendly customer care support team will touch base with you.
We encourage buyers to use electronic payments. Why?
Generally cheque and DD are vulnerable to fraud. There is good amount of chances that cheque and DD will be mishandled before it reaches the final destination. Using electronic payment will eradicate the risk of being lost before it reaches us. Also, it is very convenient to use and save lots of time unlike cheque/DD where customer has to fill in all the details and then needs to be signed by the authority. Electronic payment will help in maintaining all the transaction digitally which later can be accessed on the click of the mouse. No need of documenting and accounting separately. We accept NEFT and RTGS transactions which is mostly free with all the major banks.
Where to find my invoice?
Once the order is placed, the invoice will be created and send to your mail ID. In case of NEFT/RTGS/Online fund transfer invoice is generated once the pament is received.
